hello, i'm Michael Timmons

As a mortgage professional with more than 20 years of finance experience, I have helped hundreds of families and individuals to achieve the dream of home ownership. I take the responsibility of helping someone purchase a home very seriously. When you work with me, you can rest assured that my primary goal is to help you understand which mortgage financing options best fit your personal circumstances.

I also focus on educating my borrowers and guiding them through all of the steps in the home loan process. I’m able to offer borrowers a comprehensive selection of mortgage programs. These include conventional loans, jumbo loans, FHA , USDA, VA and down payment assistance loan programs. I am originally from Kansas City, and I earned my degree in Business Administration at Baker University.

When not helping my clients, I enjoy spending time with family. I have been married for 15 years, and have a 7 year old son, Harrison. I also enjoy camping, off-roading, and working around the house. Whether it is just the normal maintenance or remodeling project, I like to breaking out the power tools!
