The snag with the non QM

Jaime was Constantly on the ball making sure everything got done. All requests were answered super quickly and I can't recommend her enough. She was against all odds able to get us a loan

Very personalized service and very helpful advice for first time home owners like us!

Your communication and willingness to assist as quick as possible was a huge help.

I had just about every issue you could imagine while getting a home and Jaime and her team coached me and my spouse every single step of the way. They explained everything that needed to be done and even held our hands to make sure it got done and more importantly, done correctly. They were kind and patient Every step along the way. There was no other Mortgage team on Earth that could have made it happen but her team.

What made this process great is on how simple and informative to understanding the process was. As a first time homebuyer. I didnt expect it like this. It was great, couldn't ask for a better experience. I recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a house to work with yall. 10/10 service. Mrs.Arriaga, lovely, very communicative and kept me inform.
